Session Title: Power to the People: Making Staff Training Work For Your Staff 
Session Description:
 It's time to start re-thinking the traditional ways in which view staff training. This session will be full of new and innovative ideas to change the dynamic (and timing) of your staff training. The ultimate goal of this exciting, high energy workshop is to meet the shifting needs of a new generation that is your workforce.
Outcomes: 
1. Participants will be able to identify the ways in which our staff learn and engage with training. 
2. Participants will be able to develop a long-term plan to begin Staff Training as part of the hiring   process and ongoing until camp begins. 
3. Participants will leave with a better understanding of the technology available to help make staff training a more impactful learning experience.
